ABOUT BAYOU BAGELS Co.

This is where the story of a boy searching for the perfect bagel in the desolate bagel “wastelands” of Louisiana. A boy with a dream, so to speak. He was looking for someone with the same passion, that he had …a passion for a delicious bagel in the area that he loved, the Bayou. And one day, another passionate person came along. Kendall had never baked a bagel before, but she had already exhibited her passion for baking with her delicious cakes, cookies and other delights. When presented with the challenge of creating the perfect bagel, Kendall was on a journey that is continuing to this day. 

So, if y’all have a passion for the Bayou, and a for Bagels, we invite you to share the passion for both. Enjoy!
